We are located about 40 minutes north of Grand Rapids, in Stanwood, MI. Our puppies are home raised and very well socialised with children and other pets. We breed for size, temperment and quality.

About the Bernese Mountain Dogs:

General Appearance-The Bernese Mountain Dog is a striking. tri-colored, large dog. He is sturdy and balanced. He is intelligent, strong and agile enough to do the draft and droving work for which he was used in the mountainous regions of his origin. Dogs appear masculine, while bitches are distinctly feminine. Measured at the withers, dogs are 25 to 27½ inches; bitches are 23 to 26 inches. Weighing 90-130 LB.

Temperament-The temperament is self-confident, alert and good-natured, never sharp or shy. The Bernese Mountain Dog should stand steady, though may remain aloof to the attentions of strangers. They are great with children, and other animals, as long as they are properly trained.
Josie had 11 puppies her first litter! Some of the puppies are already spoken for, they will be ready to go to their new homes Oct. 10th 2012.. They will have their shots, and health check from our Vet. Come pick out your new family member today!
